For initial 2022 MSC Winter Bookings, we are trialling a revised procedure that we hope will streamline our process for both our members and managers alike.
Once bookings for the relevant membership level are opened, the relevant booking registration "link" will allow booking requests to be taken.
Once submitted, this data will be logged with our system, and our managers will be able to go through these requestions in a time stamped chronological order.
Once our managers have this information, they will come back to you with either confirmation of your requests and or some potential alternatives.
Winter booking arrangements for WINTER 2022 are as follows:
- All bookings are to be paid within 14 days. of receiving confirmation (from the managers) and an invoice. If money is not received by then, bookings will lapse and will need to be re-booked.
- Weekend bookings are Friday and Saturday nights - single night bookings are not possible on weekends but are available during the week. All children must have turned 4 years old before the date of the stay.
