Alf Richardson 2000

Alf Richardson

Alf was acknowledged by the Committee in recognition of Alf’s input in setting up the Club, and for his
assistance when there were problems with Falls Creek management. Alf also represented Australia in New Zealand in the 1950s. David Robertson spoke on Alf’s behalf. He mentioned that Alf helped to reform the Club in 1947, and had an input when the lodge was under construction in 1948/49. Alf also built the original 4WD vehicle that serviced the lodge.

Alf's father was an original founding member. He served on Committee, attended many working bees to construct the building and was an active Club member.
