Roy Walpole
Life Membership of the Myrtleford Ski Club was bestowed on Roy in the 1980s. Roy was one of the earliest members of the club and was one of the seven members on the Lodge building sub-committee in 1949. He was also part of the working crew that built the original lodge during the summer of 1948-49 that managed to get the lodge constructed and ready for the 1949 ski season.
Roy served as Vice-President of the club in 1949 & 50 then as President from 1951 to 1954 and again in 1956.
