All bookings are made by a Myrtleford Ski Club member submitting a BOOKING REQUEST FORM (below) to our Lodge Managers via email: managers@myrtlefordskiclub.com. Please note that we do not accept bookings directly from Guests without introduction by a club member.

All bookings are to be paid within 14 days. If payment is not received in full, the booking will lapse and will need to be re-booked
Winter weekend bookings are Friday and Saturday nights - single night bookings are not possible on weekends in winter but are available during the week
All children must have turned 4 years old before the date of the stay
During the PEAK WINTER season and gazetted holiday dates below, single and double bookings can only be booked into rooms 1,2, 3 and 4a. If these rooms are unavailable, the booking will be waitlisted for consideration, subject to lodge capacity and committee discretion.
Until the open booking period Members and Associates can only book one gazetted holiday period i.e., Melbourne Cup, Christmas, New Year, Australia Day, Labour Day, Easter.
Bed Linen - Doona and covers, pillows, pillowcases and fitted bottom sheets are supplied (BYO towels)
All guests are required to complete their allocated duties during their stay
All guests are bound by our club Code of Conduct as below

100% of booking unless there are extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness, mountain closure etc).

Full refund of booking or unused portion of booking
