5. The deadline for this first bulk order is Sunday 30th June 2024. Orders will take 2-4 weeks from then. Any orders received after this deadline will go into the next bulk order (deadline 31st July 2024, deliver will be August).
6. You will receive notification via email when your order is ready for collection from Ovens Valley Hub - 5023 Great Alpine Road, Ovens. Please do not contact them directly to chase orders or make any queries.

FAQ'S
Are there samples I can try on before ordering? Unfortunately no. However, sizing details are provided on the order form.
What happens if I miss the deadline of June 30, 2024? We will be making a second bulk order and the deadline for this is 31st July, 2024. These orders will be delivered 2-4 weeks later... in August.
How long will my order take? Allow 2-4 weeks - expected in July 2024.
How will I know when my order is ready? You will receive email notification from merchmyrtski@gmail.com confirming receipt of your order and another when it is ready for collection.
Can I exchange sizing, change or return my order? No. All orders are final unless faulty. If faulty please email merchmyrtski@gmail.com. If you require additional items simply place another order.
Can I arrange an alternate collection point or postage delivery? ALL orders must be collected from Ovens Valley Hub. There is not an alternate delivery option.
