Wishing all of our MSC members and their families a very Merry Christmas!

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024

The Myrtleford Ski Club's Annual General Meeting was held on Friday 15th November. We had an excellent turnout with over 40 people joining us for dinner, followed by a productive evening - many thanks to all who attended.

The following probationary members from 2023 were all welcomed as new members to the Club: Calan, Deanne and Kai Gasperotti; Jill Watson, Adrian, Lily and Box; Huw, Marika, Miles and Ewan Brokensha. We are also pleased to introduce a new probationary junior member - Lloyd Wilson. We had many Club member's change their status and happily for all, there have been no changes to subs or bed rates.

We farewelled Nell Showers and Andrew Robertson from the Committee and Alistair thanked them both for their significant contribution to the Club. Deanne Gasperotti and Katie Grotegoed have joined the Committee for 2024/25 and we look forward to their input in the year ahead.

You will have received your annual subs invoice by now. Thank you to all who have paid. If like me, you've not yet got onto it, please add it to your to-do list and remember to pay this ASAP.

BOOKING FORM 2024/25

SUMMER LODGE USAGE

DOOR CODE - You should check in with the Lodge Managers via phone, text or email prior to any visit to ensure you have the current door code as it may have changed since your last visit.

BED LINEN - Bed linen will continue to be provided during the summer months. You DO NOT need to bring any bed linen with you, only towels. Please strip the beds and place your bag in the laundry as usual.

HOUSEKEEPING - Please complete your assigned tasks and alert the Manager's if the Lodge is not tidy upon your arrival.

WORKING BEES

We have two working bees planned for early 2025. As we do not have a host of probationary members needing to fulfil their membership requirements this year, we are relying on Club members to attend. Please book in early (as below) so that we can plan the day. We'd love to see you there!

On behalf of the Club, the Committee would like to pass on belated condolences to the O'Keefe family. Greg O'Keefe passed away in February 2024.
