ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR 2024

As previously advised, the Myrtleford Ski Club Annual General Meeting will be held in two weeks.

We hope to see many of you in attendance.

The Committee invites attendees to arrive early to enjoy a bowl of pasta, courtesy of the Club. RSVP will be required for dinner (a few no shows last year had to be paid for).

Meeting date: Friday 15th November 2024
Dinner: 7pm
AGM start time: 8pm
Venue: Club Savoy, 252-254 Myrtle Street, Myrtleford

3. Please ensure all details and sizing selections are correct before ordering as exchanges cannot be made.

4. Pay amount in full before ordering. Reference is MERCH & your surname Eg "MERCH Browne".

5. The deadline for this order is Sunday 10th November 2024. Orders will take 2-4 weeks from then.

6. You will receive notification via email when your order is ready for collection from Ovens Valley Hub - 5023 Great Alpine Road, Ovens. Please do not contact them directly to chase orders or make any queries.
