Weekend bookings are Friday and Saturday nights only — no single-night weekend bookings in winter.
Junior pricing applies to members under 25 who have not worked full time for more than 12 months. Guest bookings must be made by a current financial member. Annual subscription must be paid before booking.

Everything you need to know before and during your stay at the Myrtleford Ski Club lodge.

Arrival & access

Door access code

Your door code will be provided by the lodge managers prior to your arrival. Please do not share the code with non-members.

Luggage & food storage on arrival

On arrival, luggage can be stored in the entrance area. Food and perishables should be placed in your allocated storage in the kitchen. Please label your items clearly.

Shuttle stop

The nearest shuttle stop to the lodge is Stop 3. The shuttle runs regularly throughout the day — check the Falls Creek website for current timetables.

Please BYO towels. Towels are not provided at the lodge.

Lodge duties

All guests are required to contribute to keeping the lodge clean and welcoming for everyone. Duties are assigned during your stay and at checkout.

Daily duties are assigned to all guests during your stay — please check the roster on arrival.

End-of-stay duties must be completed before departure — this includes cleaning your room, stripping bedding and returning it to the linen room.

The TV room must be kept tidy — please clean up after yourself and ensure children do the same.

Children must be supervised at all times in the lodge and common areas.

All members and guests are expected to comply with the club’s standing rules and code of conduct throughout their stay.

Available hours

8:00 am – 6:00 pm daily

For urgent matters outside of hours, please contact the manager via email and they will respond as soon as possible.

On the mountain

Ski hire

Ski and snowboard hire is available next door to the lodge. Pre-booking is recommended during peak season.

Shuttle stop #3

The lodge shuttle stop is stop #3. Shuttles run regularly — check the Falls Creek website for current timetables and routes.

Understand our Terms and Conditions, as well as our Refunds and Cancellations.

Bookings open at 8am on the date listed and cannot be accepted earlier.

A Booking Request Form must be submitted via email to managers@myrtlefordskiclub.com

All bookings must be paid within 14 days. If payment is not received in full the booking will lapse and will need to be re-booked.

Winter weekend bookings are Friday and Saturday night inclusive. Single night bookings are not available during Winter.

Single night bookings may be considered Mon–Thurs from the open booking period.

All children must have turned 4 years old before the date of the stay.

During the peak Winter season and public holiday dates, single and double bookings can only be booked into rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4a. If these rooms are unavailable, the booking will be waitlisted for consideration, subject to lodge capacity and committee discretion.

Until the open booking period, members and associates can only book one public holiday period — Melbourne Cup, Christmas, New Year, Australia Day, Labour Day, Easter.

Refunds are subject to circumstances and are at the discretion of the Committee. Refunds associated with notification of cancellation are as follows:

95% refund
Less than 2 weeks notice
50% refund
Less than 1 week notice
No refund

Cancellation due to illness or injury — either prior to booking or whilst at the lodge — may be eligible for a full refund of the booking or unused portion. This is subject to committee discretion.
